The House of Representatives aspirant for Ogbaru Federal Constituency on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Comrade Arinze Awogu, has assured he will make one million Ogbaru people millionaire if given the opportunity to represent the Federal Constituency.
Speaking recently at Ogbaru, the former Transition Committee Chairman for Ogbaru Local Government Area during Chief Obiano’s administration, said he would break “fallow grounds” if he goes to the Federal House.
Lamenting that a particular person has been representing Ogbaru in the Green Chamber for several years now, Comrade Awogu said that his season to represent Ogbaru in the House of Representatives has come.
He noted that as the Transition Committee Chairman of the Local Government, he made sure his administration impacted on everybody in the Local Government Area.
Noting that APGA is a party which largely represent the interest of Ndigbo, Awogu appealed to the members of the party in the Federal Constituency to support his aspiration by giving him the ticket and voting for him during the election proper.
He noted particularly that under his regime, Ogbaru was made an oil producing Local Government Area with about eight oil wells. He promised to do more if he goes to Abuja to represent the interest of Ogbaru in the green Chamber.
He lauded Governor Soludo for his interest and commitment to the develop of Ogbaru and urged the people to support the Governor’s interest in Ogbaru.
He called on the leadership of the party to work hard to return the party to the era when APGA was totally in charge in Anambra State.
“To achieve this, credible candidates must be elected during the primaries.” He ended.
